Found: Orange "Garfield" kitten in Carthage, New York

This kitten was frozen in a parking lot in West Carthage, he eventually has now lost part of his tail due to his freezing and abandonment. He loves to talk and is absolutely a house kitten. He refuses to go outside, I think he is afraid he might not get back in. He needs a good loving home. He loves to sit on your lap and purrrrr.
